We always welcome new members, if you want to join or just give us a try please turn up to one of our Saturday morning sessions. We recommend emailing us first and checking the club Facebook page or the Events Page of this website in order to ensure the session is on as we are sometimes away on club trips. If you are on Facebook please join our group, there you will find the most up-to-date information and plenty of members willing to answer any questions you may have.

We meet most Saturday mornings throughout the year 10am-12pm on a lake in the village of North Cave just off junction 38 of the A63/M62.

Fees
Our membership fees are some of the lowest around and represent great value for money. Joining as a member will give you access to many benefits including, reduced pond/pool fees, free hire of equipment on club trips, hire of equipment for personal use and our monthly newsletter/information emails.

2018 Annual Membership Fees:

• Family Membership: £30
• Senior Membership: £25
• Junior Membership (U18): £20

2018 Pond Session Fees:

• Non-Members: £6.00
• Senior Members: £3.00
• Junior Members: £2.00

There are no restrictions as to membership the only prerequisites are you must be able to swim 50 meters and need to be aged 8 years or older. Young people must have the permission of their parents/guardians. Children under 16 should not be left at the pond without a parent or guardian.

Clothing
You are likely to get wet so bring a towel and a spare pair of clothes. Warm clothing and a cagoule to keep off the wind is recommended. An old pair of trainers or neoprene shoes are also a good idea.

Equipment
The club has a full range of kayaks and canoes for you to try at pond sessions. We also have paddles, spraydecks and cagoles for anyone to use at one of our pond sessions.
